Backman, of Dunay, Miskel, and Backman, LLP, the designated agent for the property owner, SPL Holdings, LLP. Petition: Approval of a Vacation of Easement in order to vacate one utility easement dedicated to the City by separate instrument ORB 5784, PG 732 (12 foot east -west drainage easement).
