The purpose of this meeting is to conduct a public hearing, (pursuant to Section 5.02b of the City Charter) before the City Council, regarding whether the City Manager should be dismissed as provided in Resolution R-84-283. M i yn r o f, CMC City Clerk Pursuant to Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the city Council with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, he will need a record of the proceedings and for such purpose, he may need to ensure that a verbatim record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
