The purpose of this meeting is as follows: 1. PUBLIC PARTICIPATION - Any member of the public may speak to any issue which is on this meeting notice. Speakers will be limited to three minutes during this item and at public hearings. There will be a thirty (30) minute aggregate time limit for this item, and speakers are encouraged to sign up in advance with the City Clerk prior to their participation. 2. ISCUSSI AND POSSIBLZ ACTION on School Crossing Guards. FINAL ACTION• APPROVED City Manager and Staff to enter into negotiations with Adia Personnel Services for School Crossing Guard services and for the City Attorney to review the contract for concerns and bring back to Council for discussion. 3. QISCUSSION,AND POSSIBLE ACTION on FP&L blasting. FINAL ACTION• Council to review the Broward County Blasting Ordinance and Chapter 7 of the Tamarac Code, Division 2 through 5 and meet again with FP&L for further discussion. The City Council may consider and act upon such other business as may come before it. All meetings are open to the public. In the event this agenda must be revised, such revised copies will be available to the public at the City Council meeting. Carol A.
