The purpose of this meeting is as follows: 1. DISCUSSION regarding Councilman Schreiber's budget proposal. 2. DISCUSSION concerning the garbage bid and proposals for service. All meetings are open to the public. In the event this agenda must be revised, such revised copies will be available to the public at the City Council meeting.
