PRESENT: Mayor Joe Schreiber Vice Mayor Larry Mishkin Commissioner John E. McKaye Commissioner Karen L. Roberts Commissioner Marc L. Sultanof ALSO PRESENT; Robert S. Noe, Jr., City Manager Mitchell S. Kraft, City Attorney Tim Hemstreet, Assistant to the City Manager Carol A. Evans, CMC, City Clerk Kline Jones, Wastewater Systems Manager Emilie Little, Budget Analyst Scott London, Wastewater Supervisor Fran Oney, Laboratory Manager Tony Rabbat, Utilities Engineer John Ralston, Management and Budget Officer Gary Wainwright, Utilities Field Superintendent Mike Woika, Director of Utilities Patricia Marcurio, CMC, Assistant City Clerk Nancy Wilson, Media Coordinator Tape 1 City Commission Tim Hemstreet made a presentation and referred to Pages 161 through 163 of the proposed budget. City Manager Tim Hemstreet made a presentation and referred to Pages 172 through 175 of the il proposed budget. City Commission Budget Workshop July 23, 1997 Page 2 Mayor Schreiber called for a recess at 1:10 p.m. and the budget workshop reconvened at 1:15 p.m. with everyone in attendance. Non -Departmental John Ralston made a presentation. City Attorney City Attorney Kraft made a presentation and referenced Page 164 of the proposed budget. Utilities Department Mike Woika made a presentation and referenced Page 336 of the proposed budget. Tape 2 Water Treatment Plant Fran Oney and Gary Wainwright made presentations and Ms. Oney referred to Pages 37, 38 and 47 of the Capital Improvement Program and Page 347 of the proposed budget. Gary Wainwright referenced Pages 335, 349, 356 and 357 of the proposed budget. Tape 3 Wastewater Operations Kline Jones and Scott London made presentations and referred to Pages 360 through 363 and Page 365 of the proposed budget and Pages 44 and 45 of the Capital Improvement Program.
