PRESENT: Vice Mayor Larry Mishkin Commissioner Bruce Hoffman Commissioner John E. McKaye ABSENIAND EXCUSED: Commissioner Joseph Schreiber ALSO PRESENT: Robert S. Noe, Jr., City Manager Mitchell S. Kraft, City Attorney Tim Hemstreet, Assistant to the City Manager Patricia Marcurio, CMC, Assistant City Clerk Raj Verma, Public Works Director Levent Sucuoglu, MIS Director Jim Budzinski, Fire Chief Chris King, Senior Planner Mark Greenspan, Public Works Operations Manager Michael Goldstein, BSO Captain Phyllis Polikoff, Office Specialist Tape 1 Discussion was held regarding public participation at City Commission Workshops. Assessment - streets There was discussion with regard to funding, cost and street priorities. Mr. Verma made a presentation and Vice Mayor Mishkin suggested discussing this item at another workshop.
