PRESENT: Mayor Joe Schreiber Vice Mayor Larry Mishkin (arrived at 9:45 a.m.) Commissioner Karen L. Roberts Commissioner Marc L. Sultanof AB$ENT AND EXCUSED: Commissioner John E. McKaye ALSO PRESENT: Robert S. Noe, Jr., City Manager Mitchell S. Kraft, City Attorney Stanley Hawthorne, Finance Director Levent Sucuoglu, MIS Director Jim Budzinski, Fire Chief John Brandt, Acting Building Official Tim Hemstreet, Assistant to the City Manager Bruce Abrahams, Budget Officer Thelma Fagelbaum, Utility Accounting Manager Lynda Flurry, Purchasing/Contracts Manager Karen Willard, Controller Bill Nealon, Accountant John Ralston, Management and Budget Officer Phyllis Polikoff, Office Specialist Tape 1 Finance Departnq2nt Orientation Stanley Hawthorne and Bill Nealon made presentations. City Commission Orientation March 21, 1997 Page 2 Tape 3 Mayor Schreiber called a recess at 11:15 a.m. and the orientation reconvened at 11:25 a.m. with everyone except Comm. McKaye and City Attorney Kraft present. City Attorney Kraft arrived at 11:30 a.m. MIS Qrientai n Levent Sucuoglu made a presentation. Building Department Origntation John Brandt made a presentation. Tape 4 Fire Department Orientation Chief Budzinski made a presentation. City Manager Noe said the next orientation was scheduled for Monday, March 24, 1997 at 9:30 a.m. With no further discussion, Mayor Schreiber adjourned the workshop/orientationsat 12:15 p.m. r Carol A.
