Item No. 6(c). TASK AUTHORIZATION FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES — CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT OF THE 2 MILLION GALLON WATER STORAGE TANK AND WATER TREATMENT PLANT IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT: (TR10454) Executing Task Authorization No. 04-15E with Eckler Engineering, Inc., to provide professional services for the construction management of the 2 Million Gallon Water Storage Tank and Water Treatment Plant Improvements Project, in accordance with the City's Consulting Engineering Agreement as authorized by Resolution No. R-2001-185, for an amount not to exceed $119,000.00, approving funding from the 2004 Revenue Bond proceeds.; authorizing the appropriate City officials to administer the contract. — Utilities Director Ray Gagnon b.
