3 RESOLUTION NO. R-93- \0-7
4 A RESOLUTION ISSUING DEVELOPMENT ORDER
NO. 284 FOR KINGS POINT REPLAT FOR A PLAT
S PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF SECTIONS
10-2 THROUGH 10--29 OF THE TAMARAC CODE;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the .instructions of the City Council
of Tamarac, Florida, a public meeting has been advertised in
accordance with applicable law of the date, time and place of

31 -the meeting in regarding the .review of the application for a
32 development order by the applicant for development approval;
23 and
34 WHEREAS, the City Council has examined and investigated
35 -the application, staff and Planning Commission recommendations
it and the attached Development Review Status Sheet dated August
17 30, 1993; and
38 WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the development order
19 and accompanying documents at a public meeting; and
2 WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the
2 application is in compliance with all elements of the Compre-
22 hensive Plan, or will be in compliance prior to issuance of a
23 Certificate of Occupancy for the development that is the
24 subject of the application.
25 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
26 TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
27 SECTION 1: That the development described on the
28 attached Development Review Status Sheet dated August 30,
29 1993, is granted a development order subject to the following
30 conditions:

A. The development order is assignable, but an assign-

ment does not discharge any assignee from strict compliance
with the order unless the City Council consents to modify- any
of the original requirements.

B. Additional conditions established .in order to issue
the development order are set 'forth as follows:

SECTION 2: That the following documents are hereby
accepted and approved as a part of this development order:

SECTION 3: Should any section or provision of this
development order be declared by a court of competent juris-
diction to be invalid, the City Council shall determine if the
other portions of the order remain valid or whether the
approval shall be null and void.
SECTION 4: This development order as conditioned shall
become effective immediately upon its passage.
