R-93-�D 4 A RESOLUTION ISSUING REVISED DEVELOPMENT ORDER NO. 278-1 FOR LAND SECTION 8 (PLUM 5 BAY/HARBOR) PROJECT FOR A FINAL SITE PLAN PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF SECTIONS 10-2 6 THROUGH 10-29 OF THE TAMARAC CODE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, pursuant to -the instructions of the City lCouncil of Tamarac, Florida, a public meeting has been advertised 30 in accordance with applicable law of the date, time and.place of 11 the meeting regarding the review of the application for a revised 12 development order by the applicant for development approval; and 13 WHEREAS, the City Council has examined and investigated 14 the application, staff and Planning Commission recommendations, and 35 the attached Development Review Status Sheet dated June 9, 1993; 16 and 17 WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the revised develop- 18 ment order and accompanying documents at a public meeting; and 19 WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the appl:L-- 2 cation is in compliance with all elements of the Comprehensive Z 1 Plan, or will be in compliance prior to the issuance of a 22 Certificate of Occupancy for the development that is the subject of 23 the application. 24 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 25 TAMARAC, FLORIDA: 26 SECTION 1: That the development described on the 27 attached Development Review Status Sheet dated June 9, 1993 is 2e granted a revised development order to proceed subject to the 29 following conditions: 20 A. Construction is to be in complete compliance with 31 the plans and specifications submitted by the developer- to the City 21 1 35 of Tamarac as described in Section II of the Development Review Status Sheet and approved engineering drawings. B. Commencement of construction shall be no longer than one year :from the date of this approval. If the development does not commence construction within one year, this approval is null and void unless an extension has been granted in accordance with applicable regulations. Temp. The revised development order is assignable, but an 3 assignment does not discharge any assignee from strict compliance 1 with the order unless the City Council consents to modify any of S the original requirements. 6 D. Additional conditions established in order to issue ,he revised development order are set forth as follows: ]..
