A RESOLUTION APPROVING TWO (2) MINOR
ENCROACHMENTS INTO A S--FOOT UTILITY
EASEMENT LOCATED AT THE REAR OF 5709
COCO PALM DRIVE IN WOODLANDS SECTION 7
TO CLEAR TITLE TO THIS PROPERTY; CASE
35-P-93; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the City Council hereby approves two (2)
minor encroachments into a 5--foot utility easement located at the
rear of 5709 Coco Palm Drive in Woodlands Section 7 to clear
title to this property requested by Marshall P. Krupnick, Esq.,
agent for the Estate of Grace Koplin, Case No. 35-P-93, as
described in Exhibit 1 attached.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 4Z2 day of A,1993.
