CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R•-9342_1�
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A LIMITED WAIVER OF PARKING
REQUESTED BY PULTE HOME CORPORATION AT LAND
SECTION 6 SOUTH PLAT (UNRECORDED), LOCATED ON THE
NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE SAWGRASS EXPRESSWAY AND
MCNAB ROAD, PETITION NO. 4-Z-93; .AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Chapter 24 of the Tamarac City Code provides
that the City Council may grant a limited waiver of the off-street
parking and loading requirements whenever a hardship would exist by
adhering to strict application thereof, and further provides that
the waiver would not be detrimental to public safety, health and
welfare of the citizens of the City; and
WHEREAS, a hardship exists at Land Section 6 South Plat
(Unrecorded), located on the northeast corner of the Sawgrass
Expressway and McNab Road; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has held a public
hearing thereon and has recommended approval of this
application; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to take action on the
limited waiver requested in the application of Pulte Home Corpor-
ation to appeal Section 24-578(A.)(6) to allow parking bays with
more than ten (10) car lengths without a. forward means of egress
for the Land Section 6 South Plat (Unrecorded), located on the
northeast corner of the Sawgrass Expressway and McNab Road.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the application by Pulte Home Corpor-
ation to permit parking bays with more than ten (10) car lengths
without a forward means of egress for the Land Section 6 South'Plat
Unrecorded), located on the northeast corner of the Sawgrass
xpressway and McNab Road, Petition. No. 4•-Z-93, .is HEREBY APPROVED,
and such limited waiver would not be detrimental to the public
safety, health and welfare of the citizens of the City.

SECTION 2: Approved with the stipulation that the
H.O.A. (Home Owners Association) documents and sales brochures
will state that internal streets shall remain the responsibility of
the development.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
