NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED 13Y T11E COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That the application :for approval of a revised site plan for Midway Plaza,, prepared by Craven, Thompson and Associates Inc., revised on January :14, 1993, reiflecti.ng the proposed 4,100 square foot building, rev.ised. :Landscaping and a change to the direction to on -site vehicular circulation near the proposed restaurant is HEREBY APPROV:LD subject to the following Conditions: 1 A. Construction is to be in comp'' ate compliance with the plans and specifications submitted by the developer - to the City of Tamarac as described .in Section :I :I c,i-- the Development Review Status Sheet and approved engineering dr°awi' ng.s.
