CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R93-.�51
A RESOLUTION ISSUING REVISED DEVELOPMENT
ORDER NO. 055-4 FOR THE THREE LAKES PLAZA
PROJECT FOR. A REVISED SITE PLAN PURSUANT TO
THE :PROVISIONS OF :'ECTIONS 10--2 THROUGH 10-29
OF THE TAMARAC CODE; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the instrtu:t_i.ons of the City
louncil of Tamarac, Florida, a public meeting has been advertised
in accordance with applicable law of the date, time and place of
the meeting regarding the review of the appliciition for a revised
development order by the applicant for development approval; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has examined and investigated
the application, staff and Planning Ccarwiss.ion recommendations, and
the attached Development Review Status Sheet dated March 11, 1993;
and
WHEREAS, 'the City Council reviewed the revised develop-
ment order and accompanying documents at-. a. public meeting; and
WHEREAS, 'the City Council has determined that the appli-
cation is in compliance with all elem1211t5 of the Comprehensive
'lan, or will be in compliance prior to the issuance of a
Certificate of Occupancy for the development that is the subject of
the application.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the application. for approval of a
revised site plan for Three Lakes Plaza., prepared by Motchkavitz
Engineering Company, revised on June 113, 1991, reflecting
construction of a 3,800 square foot addition to an existing food
store, :Located at the southwest: corner of Cornmeicial Boulevard and
NW 31 Avenue, is HEREBY APPROVED subject to the following
conditions:
A. Construction is to boa :in complete compliance with
1,he plans and specifications submitted by the developer to the City
of Tamarac as described in Section II of the Development Review
Status Sheet and approved engineering drawings.

B. Commencement of cronst-i union shall be no longer
than one year from the date of: this approval. -If thEt development
loes not commence construction within one! year, this approval is
ull and void unless an exterision has been granted in accordance
with applicable regulations.
C. The :revised development older is assignable, but an
assignment does not discharge any a.ss:i.cinee from strict compliance
with the order unless the City Council consents to modify any of
the original requirements.
D. Additional conditions eslri ablieshed in order to .issue
the revised development order are :yet :forth as follows:
SECTION 2: Should any section or provision of this
revised development Qrder be dec_La.red ]�,y a court of competent
jurisdiction to be invalid, the City Council shall detElrinine if the
other portions of the order remain valid or whether the approval
shall be null and void.
SECTION 3: This rei7i.sed development order as condi-
tioned shall become effective immediatel..y upon its passage.
