R-90- A RESOLUTION APPROVING ASSIGNMENT OF THE HIDDEN HOLLOW WATER AND SEWER DFVFLOPER'S AGREEMENT FROM CARDINAL INDUSTRIES, I1TC., HIDDEN HOLLOW APARTMENTS, LTD., AND HIDDEN HOLLOW APARTMENTS II, LTD., TO LENNAR HOMES, INC.; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That the Assignment of the Hidden Hollow Water and Sewer Developer's Agreement from Cardinal Industries, Inc., Hidden Hollow Apartments, Ltd., and Hidden Hollow Apartments II, Ltd., to Lennar Homes, Inc., is HEREBY APPROVED AND ACCEPTED, a copy of said Assignment being attached hereto as "Exhibit 1". SECTION 2: That the appropriate City officials are hereby authorized to execute said Acknowledgement of Agreement and Consent to Assignment on behalf of the City. SECTION 3: That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to record said Assignment in the public records of Broward County, Florida.
