CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-90-0270
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING VOLUNTARY DEED
RESTRICTIONS FOR LOTS 8 AND 9 IN BLOCK 10,
LYONS COMMERCIAL SUBDIVISION.UNIT 2 FOR THE
PURPOSES OF LIMITING THE BUILDING ENVELOPE
TO B-2 STANDARDS AND TO LIMIT THE USES
ALLOWED ON THE SITES PETITION #11-Z-901
LAWRENCE D. KRAMER AND SAM CANTORI AND
PROVIDING AN -EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the City Council hereby accepts a
voluntary deed restrictions for Lots 8 and 9 in Block 10. Lyons
Commercial Subdivision Unit 2 for the purposes of limiting the
building envelope to B-2 standards and to limit the uses allowed
on the sites Petition #11-Z-90= Lawrence D. Kramer and Sam Cantors
a copy of said document being attached hereto as "Exhibit 10.
SECTION 2: That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to record said document in the public records of Broward
County, Florida.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this S day of 1990.

Declaration of Restrictions Relating to Lots 8 and 9, Block
10, Lyons Commercial Subdivision No-2, according to the plat
thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 69, Page 43 of the Public Records
of Broward County, Florida, less the South 7.00 feet thereof;
said lands lying in the City of Tamarac, Broward County, Florida
and containing 234,360 square feet (5.380 acres) sore or less.
Instant Offices Partnership, Ltd, No. 2, a Florida Limited
Partnership, whose general partner is National Business Centers,
Inc., a Florida corporation, the owners of all of the
aforedescribed lands, for the purpose of insuring the development
of said aforedescribed lands for commercial use of the highest
standards, does hereby impose upon the foregoing described lands
the restrictions as hereinafter set forth.
For the purpose of insuring the development of the foregoing
described property as a commercial area of high standards, the
property owners do hereby restrict the property from the following
