CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-90-- tpp
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATE CITY
OFFICIALS TO EXECUTE A QUIT CLAIM DEED GRANTING
TO LENNAR HOMES, INC., CERTAIN CANAL RIGHTS--OF--
WAY FOR THE EXETER PLAT; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the appropriate City officials are
hereby authorized to execute a Quit. Claim Deed granting to Lennar
Homes, Inc., certain canal rights -of -way for the Exeter project,
a copy of said document being attached hereto as "Exhibit 1".
SECTION 2: That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to record said document in the public records of Broward
County, Florida.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of
1990.

part hereof.
This conveyance is subject to the following:
1. Conditions, restrictions, limitations, agreement and
easements of record.
2. Taxes and assessments for that part of the year remaining as
of the date of recordation of this quit claim deed and
subsequent years.
3. Further providing, that in the event a document attesting to
the acceptance by Grantor of an alternative drainage system
is not recorded on or before ten (10) years subsequent to the
recordation of this quit claim deed in the Public Records for
Broward County, Florida then, in such event, Grantee agrees
to reconvey by quit claim deed to Grantor the Subject Property
within sixty (60) days of written rf,quest by Grantor to Grantee.
