RESOLUTION NO. q
A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING RELEASE OF CANAL
RESERVATIONS.
WHEREAS, the City of Tamarac has been requested to
state any objection it may have to release of canal
reservations across the property described herein, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has examined such request
and has recommended the City file no objection to such
release,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the City of Tamarac has no objection
to the release of canal reservations involving the land
described as follows:
C & SFFCD Ref. #3-BCA-2 (0-1541)
"A parcel of land lying in Tract 15 of the FORT
LAUDERDALE TRUCK FARMS SUBDIVISION of Section 10,
Township 49 South, Range 41 East, Broward County,
Florida, being more particularly described as
follows: Commence at the Southeast corner of said
Section 10, thence North 00 00'16" West, 53.01 ft. to a
point, thence North 89001'23" West, parallel with
the South line of said Section 10, 1680 ft. to the
Point of Beginning of this description: thence
continue North 89`01123" West along the last
described line, 100 ft. to a point; thence North 0 00'16"
West, 300 ft. to a point; thence outh 89°01'23"East

100 ft. to a point; thence South 0 00'16" East, 300
ft. to the Point of Beginning.
(a/k/a Lot 3, in Block 2 of LYONS COMMERCIAL
DIV ISION, (Unrecorded).
AND
A parcel of land lying in Tract 15 of the FORT LAUDERDALE
TRUCK FARMS SUBDIVISION of Section 10,'Township 49 South,
Range 41 East, Broward County, Florida, being more
particularly described as follows: Commence at the
Southeast corner of said Section 10, thence North
0000'16" West, 53.01 ft. to a point; thence North
89001'23" West, parallel with the South line of said
Section 10, 1545 ft. to the Point of Beginning of this
description: Thence continue North 89001'23" West along
the last described line, 135 ft. to a point, thence
North o°00'16" West, 300 ft. to a point, thence South
89°01123" East, 135 ft. to a point, thence South
0°00'16" East 300 ft. to the Point of Beginning.
