CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. a
WHEREAS, the City Charter of the City of Tamarac provides
that the City Prosecutor's functions may be the responsibility
of the City Attorney, and
WHEREAS, JAMES D. DRUCK, Attorney at Law, has been
appointed to fill the office of City Attorney by Resolution, and
WHEREAS, said City Attorney has requested the appointment
of an Attorney to serve as City Prosecutor, and
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of appointing such
Attorney as City Prosecutor and establishing his compensation
therefore:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL of the City
of Tamarac, Florida:
SECTION 1: That Mr. Walter Morgan , an
attorney licensed to practice before the Courts of this State
and a resident of Broward County is hereby appointed to serve
as City Prosecutor.
SECTION 2: That the compensation of said Attorney for
his performance as City Prosecutor shall be the sum of $75.00
(Seventy five dollars) per Court Session attended.
SECTION 3: This Resolution and the appointment created
hereby shall be effective as of the day of 1973.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this Eday of 1973.
