CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. "r%'G '.
A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE RESULTS OF THE
GENERAL ELECTION REFERENDUM ON AMENDMENT
TO THE CHARTER OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC
WHEREAS, a general election was held on March 4, 1975
for the purpose of a referendum on Amendments to the Charter of
the City of Tamarac, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has accepted the results of
the Votomatic voting and absentee ballots as certified by the
Election Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That pursuant to Floiida Statutes, Section
166.031, the following amendment is declared to have failed:
"SUBSECTION b of SECTION 48 of ARTICLE IX is hereby amended
to read as follows:
SECTION 48. SEARCH WARRANTS
(b) Any search warrants issued shall be
directed to the Chief of Police of Tamarac, and should be
served by the Chief of Police, or by any duly qualified
police officer. Any-person-aggrieved-bp-any-eet-of-the
