R- 7p hq?, A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A GRANT OF ON -SITE EASEMENTS FROM CHATEAU ASSOCIATES, LTD., FOR THE VILLAGE, A/K/A, WEDGEWOOD WHEREAS, Chateau Associates, Ltd., has offered to the City of Tamarac a Grant of Easement for THE�VILLAGE, a/k/a, Wedgewood for on -site drainage and utilities purposes, and WHEREAS, the Grant of Easement has been reviewed by the City Attorney and City Engineer, who have issued their recommendations) thereon, and WHEREAS, the City Council deems it in the best interest of the City to accept the Grant of Easement. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF.TAMARAC, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That the Grant of Easement from Chateau Associates, Ltd., to the City of Tamarac for THE VILLAGE a/k/a Wedgewood for drainage and utility purposes, a copy of said instrument being attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference, is hereby ac- cepted. SECTION 2: That the acceptance of this easement shall not be construed to obligate the City with respect to the installation, repair, maintenance, alteration, and operation of such facilities. EASEMENT WHEREAS, CHATEAU ASSOCIATES, LTD., a Florida Limited Partnership, is the owner of the lands described on Exhibits "A" through "J", both inclusive, attached hereto and made a part here- of; and WHEREAS, the CITY OF TAMARAC desires to obtain from CHATEAU ASSOCIATES, LTD. easements for utility and drainage pur- poses, which easements are more particularly described on Exhibits "A" through "J", both inclusive.
