CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R- 7q- a3)
A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING RELEASE OF CANAL
RESERVATION NO. 11607.
WHEREAS, the City of Tamarac has been requested to state
any objection it may have to release of canal reservations across the
property described herein, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has examined such request and has
recommended the City file no objection to such release.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION l: That the City of Tamarac has no objection to
the release of canal reservation. No.11607 involving the land
described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, known as the North one
half of Tract 1, Land Section 13-49-41.

We have a request for the release of the canal reservations on a parcel of land which may possibly affect
existing or proposed works under jurisdiction of your office, The land involved is described as follows:

LEGAL DESCRIPTION
A portion of Section 13, Township 49 South, Range 41 Each of �ORTH LAUDERDALE TRUCK
FAMRS SUBDIVISION, as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 31, of the Public Records of
Broward County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 13; thence N-890 09' 25" - W,
alone the North line of said Section 13, a distance of 58.19 feet to the West Right-
of-way line of State Road No. 7 (US 441), said point being further described as the
Point of Beginning of this description; thence continuing N - 890 09' 25" - W, along
the said North line of Section 13, a distance of 1261.83 feet; thence S - 240 07' 23"
- E, a distance of 264.74 feet; thence S -280 58' 21" - W, a distance of 521.19 feet;
thence S - 890 15' 42" - E. parallel with and 620.46 feet North of, as measured at
right angles to, the South line of Tracts 1 and 2, of said Section 13; a distance of
1372.75 feet to a point on the arc of a circular curve to the right, said curve being
further described as being the West Right-of-way line of said State Road No. 7 (US 441)
thence Northerly, along the arc of said curve, having a radius of 11,091.91 feet,
an arc distance of 378.65 feet to a Point of Reverse Curve; thence continuing Northerly
along the are of a circular curve to the left, having a radius of 11,091.91 feet,
an arc distance of 318.89 feet to the Point of Beginning.
