RESOLUTION NO. R-88- 1-3 C-
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC AUTHORIZING
THE APPROPRIATE CITY OFFICIALS TO EXECUTE A QUIT
CLAIM DEED TO PHILIP FRYBERGH, PREVIOUS OWNER OF
UNIVERSITY OFFICE PARK, FOR THE WEST 40 FEET OF
LOTS 22 AND 23, BLOCK 11, AS RECORDED IN PLAT
BOOK 76 AT PAGE 31 OF "LYONS COMMERCIAL
SUBDIVISION *3", ALONG UNIVERSITY DRIVE; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA;
SECTION 1 That the appropriate City official is
hereby authorized to convey by Quit Claim Deed the west 40
feet of lots 22 and 23 Block 11 as recorded in Plat Book 76
at Page 31 of "Lyons Commercial Sub --Division *3", to Philip
Frybergh, as shown on the attached Exhibit
SECTION 2 That the City Clerk is hereby authorized
and directed to record said Deed in the Public Records of
Broward County.
SECTION 3 : This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon Its passage.
