RESOLUTION NO. R-88--67NV
A RESOLUTION ISSUING DEVELOPMENT ORDER
NO. 243 FOR CITIZENS & SOUTHERN BANK
PROJECT FOR A FINAL SITE PLAN PURSUANT
TO THE PROVISIONS OF SECTIONS 7-•2
THROUGH 7-11 OF THE TAMARAC CODE; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the instructions of the City
Council of Tamarac, Florida, a public meeting has been
advertised in accordance with applicable law of the date,
time and place of the meeting regarding the review of the
application for a development order by the applicant for
development approval; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has examined and investigated
the application, staff and Planning Commission recommenda-
tions, and the attached Development Review Status Sheet dated
September 6, 1988; and
WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the development order
and accompanying documents at a public meeting; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the
application is in compliance with all elements of the Compre-
hensive Plan, or will be in compliance prior to the issuance
of a Certificate of Occupancy for the development that is the
subject of the application.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the development described on the
attached Development Review Status Sheet dated September 6,
1988, is granted a development order to proceed subject to
the following conditions:
A. Construction is to be in complete compliance with
the plans and specifications submitted by the developer to
the City of Tamarac as described in Section II of the
Development Review Status Sheet and approved engineering
drawings.

1 B. Commencement of construction shall be no longer
2 than one year from the date of this approval. If the
3 development does not commence construction within one year,
4 this approval is null and void unless an extension has been
5 granted in accordance with applicable regulations.
6 C. The development order is assignable, but an assign-
ment does not discharge any assignee from strict compliance
8 with the order unless the City Council consents to modify any
9 of the ori
ginal requirements.
10 D. Additional conditions established in order to issue
11 the development order are set forth as follows:

15 SECTION 2: That the following documents are hereby
16 accepted and approved as a part of this development order:
17 Blanket Public Safety Ingress/Egress Easement
18 Water Retention Agreement
SECTION 3: Should any section or provision of this
development order be declared by a court of competent juris-
21 diction to be invalid, the City Council shall determine if
22 the other portions of the order remain valid or whether the
23 approval shall be null and void.
24 SECTION 4: This development order as conditioned shall
25 become effective immediately upon its passage.
