A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC RELATING
TO NORTHWOOD II-SPRINGLAKE VILLAS PHASE I;
AMENDING PRIOR RESOLUTION R-88-319; PROVIDING
THAT THE DATE FOR CONTINGENT SITE PLAN
APPROVAL FOR NORTHWOOD II-SPRINGLAKE VILLAS
PHASE I IS EXTENDED FROM DECEMBER 15, 1988 TO
JANUARY 30, 1989; PROVIDING THAT ALL OTHER
PROVISIONS OF PRIOR RESOLUTION R-88-319 SHALL
REMAIN IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT; PROVIDING
FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, on November 23, 1988 the City Council of the
City of Tamarac adopted Resolution R-88-319 which authorized
final site plan approval for Northwood II-Springlake Villas
Phase I contingent upon GHO Tamarac II, Inc. providing
written notification to the City of Tamarac that GHO Tamarac
II, Inc. was owner of the subject property pursuant to a real
estate closing that was to take place in early December 1988
and;
WHEREAS, GHO Tamarac II, Inc. has informed the City of
Tamarac that due to factors beyond GHO Tamarac II, Inc.'s
control, the real estate closing for the property subject to
the Northwood II-Springlake Villas Phase I site plan will not
take place until early January, 1989 and;
WHEREAS, GHO Tamarac II, Inc. has requested that prior
Resolution R-88-319 be amended to provide that GHO Tamarac
II, Inc. has until January 30, 1989 instead of December 15,
1988 to notify the City of Tamarac in writing that the real.

estate closing for the property subject to Northwood II-
Springlake Villas Phase I has taken place and thereby
effectuate final site plan approval for the subject property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
~SECTION 1 That prior Resolution R-88-319 is hereby
amended to provide that CHO Tamarac II, Inc. has until
January 30, 1989 (rather than December 15, 1988) to provide
the City of Tamarac with written notification that the real
estate closing for the property subject to the Northwood II-
Springlake Villas phase I site plan has taken place and CHO
Tamarac II, Inc. is owner of the subject property pursuant to
prior Resolution R-88-319. Final site plan approval for
Northwood II-Springlake Villas Phase I is contingent upon
such notification.
SECTION 2 : That the City and CHO Tamarac II, Inc.
recognize and agree that if the anticipated real estate
closing for the subject property has not taken place by
January 30, 1989, or if CHO Tamarac II, Inc. has not provided
the City of Tamarac with written notification by January 30,
1989, that the real estate closing has taken place or if CHO
Tamarac II, Inc. is not the owner of the subject property by
January 30, 1989 then the contingent site plan approval for
Northwood II-Springlake Villas,Phase I is null and void.

SECTION 3 : That all other relevant provisions of prior
Resolution R-88-319 shall remain in full force and effect.
