WHEREAS, bids were advertised in the Fort Lauderdale News/Sun Sentinel, a newspaper of general circulation in Broward County on February 5, 1988 and February 12, 1988; and WHEREAS, bids were opened on February 22, 1988; and WHEREAS, Reagan Equipment Company is the lowest fully responsive and responsible bidder.
