RESOLUTION NO. R-86-��
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A
SIDEWALK EASEMENT OFFERED BY TAMARAC-OXFORD
LIMITED PARTNERSHIP FOR THE SPRING HOUSE
PROJECT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
,SECTION 1: That the sidewalk easement offered by Tam-
arac -Oxford Limited Partnership for the Spring House Project
is hereby approved and accepted, a copy of said easement
being attached hereto as Exhibit "1".
SECTION 2: That the City Clerk is hereby authorized
and directed to record said easement in the public records of
Broward County, Florida.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED Chis Z3 day of 1986.

SIDEWALK EASEMENT
THIS SIDEWALK EASEMENT, made this day of
19L, by TAMARAC-OXFORD LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, a Maryland "'Limited
Partnership, with its principal office at 2400 Maitland Center
Parkway, Suite 120, Maitland, Florida, 32751, first party, to
the CITY OF TAMARAC, a Florida municipal corporation having an
address at 5811 Northwest 88th Avenue, Tamarac, Florida, 33321,
second party:
(Whenever used herein, the termst "first party" and "second
party" shall include singular and plural, heirs, legal
representatives and 'assigns of individuals, and the successors
and assigns of corporations, wherever the context so admits or
requires).
W I T N E S S E T H:
WHEREAS, the first party is the owner of property situate,
lyincy and being in Broward Countyp Florida, and described as
f ollows:
SEE EXHIBIT A, ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF.
WHEREAS, the party of the second part desires an easement
for public sidewalk purposes on, over and across said property;
WHEREAS, the party of the first part is willing to grant
such easement,
NOW THEREFOREF for and in consideration of the mutual
covenants each to the other running and one dollar and other
good and valuable considerations, the first party does hereby
grant unto the party of the second part, its successors and
assigns, full and free right and authority to construct, maintain,
repair, install and rebuild facilities for the above stated
purposes and does hereby grant a perpetual easement on, over
and across the above described property for said purposes.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the first party has caused these presents
to be duly executed in its name and its corporate seal to be
hereto affixed, attested by its proper officers thereunto duly
authorized the day and year first above written.
