CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION R-86- �
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A VACATION OF TWO
SIXTY (60) FOOT ROAD RIGHTS -OF -WAY; ONE
LOCATED AT N.W. 103rd AVENUE BETWEEN THE
SOUTH LINE OF N.W. 80th STREET TO THE
NORTH LINE OF TRACT 15B; A SECOND LOCATED
AT N.W. 106th AVENUE FROM THE NORTH LINE
OF N.W. 71st PLACE TO THE SOUTH LINE OF
TRACT 15A; AUTHORIZING APPROPRIATE CITY
OFFICERS TO EXECUTE QUIT -CLAIM DEEDS
CONVEYING SAID PROPERTY TO LENNAR HOMES,
INC.i MVIDING.AN EFFK_CTI3tE_DATE.__
WHEREAS, leadership housing conveyed by quit -claim deed
two sixty (60) foot road rights -of -way in land Section 6 to
the City of Tamarac in 1973; and
WHEREAS, these road rights -of -ways have now been changed
and these sections are to be platted by the new land owner,
Lennar Homes, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, the City has found that it is in the City's
best interest to vacate said road rights -of --ways and reconvey
by quit --claim deeds the appropriate parcels.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
,SECTION_-: That the City of Tamarac hereby vacates
those two sixty (60) road rights -of --way one located at N.W.
103rd Avenue between the South line of N.W. 80th Street to
the North line of tract 15B, the other located at N.W. 106th
Avenue from North line of N.W. 71st Place to the South line
of Tract 15A. A more complete legal description of the road
right-of-way, located at N.W. 103rd Avenue is attached as
Exhibit "A". A legal description for the road right-of-way
at N.W. '106th Avenue is attached as Exhibit "B".
E That appropriate officers of the City of
Tamarac are hereby authorized to execute quit -claim deeds to
Lennar Homes. Inc. reconveying the above described these
rights -of -way to the present land owner.
SECTION This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.

Road "N" -- a sixty (60) foot road right--of-way in a portion
of Section 6, Township 49 South, Range 41 East, of Broward
County, Florida, the Centerline being more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at the North West corner of said Section 6; thence
S 87 degrees 05' 27" E. along the North line of said Section
6, a distance of 2694.45 feet; thence S 2 degrees 54' 33" W,
a distance of 1614.17 feet to the Point of Beginning of this
description; thence S 28 degrees 27' 53" W, a distance of
96.57 feet to the point of Curvature of a circular curve to
the right; thence Westerly and Southerly, along the arc of
said curve, having a radius of 275.00 feet, an arc distance
of 131.06 feet to the Point of Tangency, thence S 55 degrees
46117" W, a distance of 566.67 feet to the Point of Terminus.

a distance of 1670.65 feet; thence N 00 59' 04" E, a distance
of 1425.07 feet to the Point of Beginning of this
description; thence N 01 14' 39" E, a distance of 745.48 feet
to the Point of Terminus.
