RESOLUTION NO. R-86--53Y
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING AN
ACCESS ROAD EASEMENT OFFERED BY BONAIRE ASSO-
CIATES, LTD., FOR THE WATER PLACE PROJECT;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Access Road easement offered by
Bonaire Associates, Ltd., for the Water Place Project is
HEREBY APPROVED and accepted, a copy of said easement being
attached hereto as "Exhibit 1".
SECTION 2: That the appropriate City officials are
hereby authorized to execute said easement on behalf of the
City.
SECTION-3: That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to record said easement in the public records of
Broward County, Florida.
SECTION _4: This Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this P day 1986.

The Undersigned, BONAIRE ASSOCIATES LTD., A Florida Limited Partnership,
the owner and holder of the property subject to the plat, easements, and
restrictions of record hereinafter more particularly described, as grantor,
whose mailing address is 7800 N.W. 78th Street, Tamarac, Florida 33321, does
hereby grant to the City of Tamarac, a Florida municipality, as grantee whose
mailing address is 5811 N.W. 88th Avenue, Tamarac, Florida 33321, an ingress
and egress easement for proper purposes upon which a private road will be
constructed over and across the Lands of Bonaire Associates Ltd. as more fully
described as "Access Road Easement" on EAdbit "A" sheets 1 and 2 attached
hereto and made a part hereof.
Said easement together with the dedicated ingress and egress easements
as provided for in the Plat of Woodmont Tract 74 and 75, as recorded in Plat Book
108, at Page 39, of the Public Records of Broward County, Florida, is for the
purposes of establishment and the maintenance thereof of an ingress and egress
easement as generally depicted on the sketch previously attached hereto as part
of Exhibit "A".
• This easement shall terminate upon the resolution of vacation of easement
by the City of Tamarac.
