3 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATE CITY
4 OFFICIALS TO CALL A BOND POSTED BY EXXON COMPANY
U.S.A. FOR THE EXXON SERVICE STATION AT THE
INTERSECTION OF N.W. 88TH AVENUE AND SOUTHGATE
' BOULEVARD; AND PROVIDIN AN EFFECTIVE DATE,

8 WHEREAS, Exxon Company, U.S.A., as principal, with Federal
9 Insurance Company as surety, has filed with the City Bond No.
10 8105-19-19 in the amount of $9,845.00 to guarantee public improve-
3-1 ments associated with the Exxon Service Station at N.W. 88th Avenue
12 and Southgate Boulevard; and
13 WHEREAS, the bond is due to expire and there is not properly
14 completed work; and
15 WHEREAS, the principal has been notified that the work is not
16 properly completed.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
8 TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
19 SECTION 1: That the recitations set forth above are true
20 and correct.
21 SECTION 2: That Bond No. 8105-19-19, in the amount of
22 $9,845.00 posted by Exxon Company U.S.A, as principal, and Federal
23 Insurance Company, as surety, is hereby called by the City of
24 Tamarac if an extension has not been provided to said bond on or
25 before December 12, 1986.
26 SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon
27 adoption.
28 PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this hD day of 1986.
