2 A RESOLUTION ISSUING REVISED DEVELOPMENT
ORDER NO. 071-1 FOR THE WOODMONT TRACT 67
3 PROJECT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
4 WHEREAS, pursuant to the instructions of the City Council of
S the City of Tamarac, Florida, a public meeting has been advertised
6 in accordance with applicable law of the date, time and place of
7 the meeting regarding the review of the application for a develop-
8 ment order by the applicant for development approval; and
9 WHEREAS, the City Council has examined and investigated the
10 application, staff and Planning Commission recommendations; and
11 WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the revised development
12 order dated March 27, 1984 and accompanying documents at a publi
13 meeting; and

14 V,HEREAS, the City Council has determined that the application
15 is in compliance with all elements of its Comprehensive Plan, or
16 will be in compliance prior to the issuance of a Certificate of
17 Occupancy for any unit on the development that is the subject of th
18 application.
19 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
20 TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
21 SECTION 1: That the application for a one-year
22 extension of the date of approval of the final site plan, effective
23 March 9, 1984, is approved subject to the following conditions:
24 A. Construction is to be in complete compliance with the
25 plans and specifications submitted by the developer to the City of
26 Tamarac as described in Section II of the Development Review Status
27 Sheet and approved engineering drawings.
28 B. Commencement of construction shall be no longer than one
29 year from March 9, 1984. If the development does not commence
30 construction within one year, this approval is null and void unless
31 an extension has been granted in accordance with applicable
32 regulations.
33 C. The revised development order is assignable, but an
34 assignment does not discharge any assignee from strict compliance
with the order unless the City Council consents to modify any of the
original requirements.

D. Additional conditions established in order to issue the
revised development order are set forth as follows:
1. All prior conditions of approval still apply;
2. Relocate dumpsters off easements.
3. Relocate four foot pedestrian walk out of canal slope.
SECTION 2: Should any section or provision of this revised
development order be declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to
be invalid, the City Council shall determine if the other portions
of the order remain valid or whether the approval shall be null and
void.
SECTION 3: This revised development order as conditioned shall
become effective immediately upon passage.
