A RESOLUTION ISSUING REVISED DEVELOPMENT
ORDER NO. 053-2 FOR A SITE PLAN FOR

SUTTER COMMERCIAL BUILDING ADDITIONAL
PARKING LOT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE

DATE.

WHEREAS, pursuant to the instructions of the City Council of
5
Tamarac, Florida, a public meeting has been advertised in accordance
6
with applicable law of the date, time and place of the meeting re-
7
garding the review of the application for a revised development order!,
8
by the applicant for development approval; and
9
WHEREAS, the City Council has examined and investigated the
10
application, staff and Planning Commission recommendations; and the
11
attached Development Review Status Sheet dated 2/3/84; and
12
WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the revised development order
13
and accompanying documents at a public meeting; and
14
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the application
15
is in compliance with all elements of the Comprehensive Plan, or
16
will be in compliance prior to the issuance of a Certificate of
17
Occupancy for the development that is the subject of the application..
18
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
19
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:

SECTION 1: That the application for approval of a site plan for
21
Sutter Commercial Building additional parking lot, is approved sub-
22
ject to the following conditions:

A. Construction is to be in complete compliance with the plans
24
and specifications submitted by the developer to the City of Tamarac
25
as described in Section II of the Development Review Status Sheet
26
and approved engineering drawings.

B. Commencement of construction shall be no longer than one
28
year from the date of this approval. If the development does not
29
commence construction within one year, this approval is null and void
.30
unless an extension has been granted in accordance with applicable
31
regulations.

C. The development order is assignable, but an assignment does
33
not discharge any assignee from strict compliance with the order
34
unless the City Council consents to modify any of the original
requirements.

D. Additional conditions established in order to issue the
development order are set forth as follows:
1. A sign is to be installed stating "For Employees Only"
in this parking lot.
SECTION 2: Should any section or provision of this develop-
ment order be declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be
invalid, the City Council shall determine if the other portions
of the order remain valid or whether the approval shall be null and
void.
SECTION 3: This development order as conditioned shall become
effective immediately upon its passage.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 8th day of February , 1984.
