RESOLUTION NO. R-84-pf
A RESOLUTION ISSUING REVISED DEVELOPMENT ORDER
NO. 091-1 FOR A REVISED SITE PLAN FOR TAMARAC
MARKET PLACE: AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the instructions of the City Council of Tamarac,
Florida, a public meeting has been advertised in accordance with applicable law of
the date, time and place of the meeting regarding the review of the application for
a revised development order by the applicant for development approval; and
UHEREAS, the City Council has examined and investigated the application
and staff recommendations; and the attached Development Review Status Sheet dated
9/7/84; and
WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the revised development order and
accompanying documents at a public meeting; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the application is in
compliance with all elements of the Comprehensive Plan, or will be in compliance
prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for the development that is
=he subject of the application.
TOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAP"ARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the application for approval of a revised site plan
.or Tamarac Market Place, prepared by Randall F. Keller, AIA, P.A., revised
august 30, 1984, to reflect a revised location of Flinn Dixie and addition of a
Teter room to comply with as -built plans, is approved subject to the following
;onditions:
A. The existing plan is hereby approved.
B. The revised development order is assignable, but an assignment does
iot discharge any assignee from strict compliance with the order unless the City
:ouncil consents to modify any of the original requirements.

C. Additional conditions established in order to issue the revised
development order are set forth as follows:

SECTION 2: Should any section or provision of this revised development
order be declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the City
Council shall determine if the other portions of the order remain valid or whether
the approval shall be null and void.
SECTION 3: This revised development order as conditioned shall become
effective immediately upon its passage.
