5 A RESOLUTION ISSUING REVISED DEVELOPMENT ORDER
NO. 106-1 FOR A REVISED SITE PLAN FOR ISLES OF
6 TAMARAC; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

WHEREAS, pursuant to the instructions of the City Council of Tamarac,
8
Florida, a public meeting has been advertised in accordance with applicable law
9
of the date, time and place of the meeting regarding the review of the application
10
for a revised development order by the applicant for development approval; and
11
WHEREAS, the City Council has examined and investigated the application
12
and staff recommendations; and the attached Development Review Status Sheet dated
13
9/7/84; and
14
WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the revised development order and
15
accompanying documents at a public meeting; and
16
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the application is in
17
compliance with all elements of the Comprehensive Plan, or will be in compliance
18
prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for the development that is
19
the subject of the application.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:

SECTION 1: That the application for approval of a revised site plan for
22
Isles of Tamarac, revised August 24, 1984, to reflect a cabana (gazebo) at the
23
recreation pool area, is approved subject to the following conditions:

A. Construction is to be in complete compliance with the plans and
25
specifications submitted by the developer to the City of Tamarac.
26
B. Commencement of construction shall be no longer than one year from
27
the date of this approval. If the development does not commence construction

within one year, this approval is null and void unless an extension has been
29
granted in accordance with applicable regulations.
30 C. 'The revised development order is assignable, but an assignment does
31 not discharge any assignee from strict compliance with the order unless the City
32 Council consents to modify any.of the original requirements.
