A RESOLUTION ISSUING A DEVELOPMENT ORDER FOR THE
ALL SAINTS LUTHERAN CHURCH
PROJECT. DEVEL0PM=' ORDE'_2 CIO. 119 AND PRCA7IDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WfIERF,AS, pursuant to the instructions of the City Council of the City of
Tamarac, Florida, a public meeting has been advertised in accordance with applicable'
law of the date, time and place of the meeting regarding the review of the applica-
tion,for a development order by the applicant for development approval; and
WHP,...TTM, the City Council has examined and investigated the application,
staff and Planning Commission recommendations, and the attached Development Review
Status Sheet dated 7/ 2 0/11,4 ; and
140T,�AS, the City Council reviewed the development order and accc mpanying
documents at a public meeting; and
VMEREAS, the City Council has determined that the application is in com-
pliance with all elements of its Comprehensive Plan, or will be in compliance prior
to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for any unit on the development that
is the subject of the application.
FLORIDA:
NOW, 'THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLD BY THE COU TCIL OF THE CITY OF TAXIIIARAC,
SECTION 1: That the development described on the attached development
status sheet dated 7/ 2 0/ 34 is granted a development order to proceed subject to
the following conditions:
A. Construction is to be in carplete compliance with the plans and spec-
ifications suhnitted by the developer to the City of Tamarac as described in
Section II of the Development Review Status Sheet and approved engineering drawings.
B. Commencement of construction shall be no longer than one year from the
date of this approval. If the development does not cnce construction within
one year, this approval is null and void unless an extension has been granted in
accordance with applicable regulations.
C. The development order is assignable, but an assignment does not
33 discharge any assignee from strict compliance with the order unless the City Council
34 consents to modify any of the original requirements.

D. Additional conditions established in order to issue the development
order are set forth as follows:
1 - Show that the berm along McNab Road is continued to shield
all parking spaces.
2 - SFiow width of utilit-y easement.
3 - Site plan and plat location of fire hydrant to coincide.
SECTION 2: Should any section or provision of this development order be
declared by a court of ccnpetent jurisdiction to be invalid, the City Council shall
determine if the other portions of the order remain valid or whether the approval
shall be null and void.
SECTION 3: This development order as conditioned shall became effective
16 immediately upon passage.
