A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A QUIT
CLAIM DEED OFFERED BY GULFSTREAM BANK
(FORMERLY SUMMIT BANK) FOR A 40-FOOT STRIP
OF LAND ON N.W. 61 STREET LYING IN LAND
SECTION 10, TOWNSHIP 49 SOUTH, RANGE 41 EAST;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Quit Claim Deed offered by Gulfstream Bank (formerly
Summit Bank) for a 40-foot strip of land on N.W. 61 Street, lying in Land Section
10, Township 49 South, Range 41 East, is hereby approved and accepted. A copy of
said Quit Claim Deed is attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
SECTION 2: The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to record said
Quit Claim Deed in the Public Records of Broward County, Florida.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon adoption.

first party, to CITY OF TAMARAC, a municipal corporation of the State o.f Florida
whose postoffice address is 5811 Northwest 88th Avenue, Tamarac, Florida

Florida; thence run South 00000'56" East, a distance of 40.00 feet to a point on
the Northeast corner of the SUMMIT PROFESSIONAL COMPLEX Plat, according to the
Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 101, Page 29, of the Public Records of
Broward County, Florida; thence run North 89001'23" West, along the North line
of SUMMIT PROFESSIONAL COMPLEX, a distance of 829.01 feet to a point 53.00 feet
East of, as measured at right angles to, the West line of said Section 10; thence
North 00000'56" West, a distance of 40.00 feet to the Southwest corner of said
ST. MALACHY PLAT; thence South 89001'23" East along the South line of ST. MALACHY
