RESOLUTION NO. R-82 &1
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A
12-FOOT UTILITY EASEMENT OFFERED BY
ERNESTO SARTORI FOR THE CENTRAL PLAZA
PROJECT: AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the 12-foot Utility Easement offered by
Ernesto Sartori for the Central Plaza Project is hereby approved and
accepted, a copy of said easement being attached hereto as Exhibit "A"
SECTION 2: The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to record said utility easement in the Public Records of Broward
County, Florida.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of , 1982.

UTILITY EASEMENT
THIS INDENTURE, made this 5� day of _,
1982 between ERNESTO SARTORI, "GRANTOR"), an CITY OF TAMARAC,
a municipal corporaticn existing under the laws of the State
of Florida, whose address is 8511 N.W.88th Avenue, Tamarac,
Florida 33321 ("GRANTEE").
W I T N E S S E T H:
GRANTOR, for and in Consideration of the sum of TEN ($10.00)
DOLLARS and other good and'valuable considerations to GRANTOR,
the receipt of which by GRANTOR is hereby acknowledged, hereby
grants and conveys to GRANTEE, its successors and assigns,
a non-exclusive perpetual easement over, upon, across and
under the property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto,
which property is located in Broward County, Florida. The
Eastment is for the purposes of utility services.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantor has executed this Easement
