A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A
20-FOOT DRAINAGE EASEMENT OFFERED BY
ERNESTO SARTORI FOR THE CENTRAL PLAZA
PROJECT: AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the 20-foot Drainage Easement offered by
Ernesto Sartori for the Central Plaza Project is hereby approved and
accepted, a copy of said easement being attached hereto as Exhibit "A"
SECTION 2: The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed tc
record said drainage easement in the Public Records of Broward County,
Florida.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption.

between ERNE STO SARTORI "GRANTOR and CITY OF TAMARAC, a municipal corpor-
ation existing under the laws of the State of Florida, whose address is 8511
N.W. 88th Avenue, Tamarac, Florida 33321, ("GRANTEE").

That the Grantor for and in consideration of the sum of TEN ($10.00) DOLLARS
and other good and valuable considerations to said Grantor, in hand paid by Grantee,
the receipt of -which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant and convey to the
Grantee, its successors and assigns, a nonexclusive easement for the purposes of
installation and maintenance of drainage utility services in, into, upon and under
the following described land lying and being in Broward County, Florida, to -wit:
