RESOLUTION NO. R — 9 2-
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A BILL OF SALE ABSOLUTE
FOR WATER AND SEWER DISTRIBUTION AND COLLECTION
SYSTEMS AT THE VILLAS AT THE GATE; AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Bill of Sale Absolute offered by City National Bank
of Miami, as Trustee under Land Trust #5003235, for all the Water and Sewer
Distribution and Collection SystEm Improvements and. appurtenances within the Publi,
Rights of Way and Utility Easements within that portion of Tract "A" of The Villas
At The Gate, Plat Book 104, Page 6, is hereby accepted. Copy of said Bill of Sale
is attached as Exhibit "A".
SECTION 2: The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the
Bill of Sale. The City Clerk is instructed to record this document in the Public
Records of Broward County, Florida.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon adoption.
