A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING AN
EASEMENT FOR ADDITIONAL RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR
SABAL PALM BOULEVARD EAST OFFERED BY
SABAL PALM CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.,
ON A PORTION OF PARCEL "A", "SABAL PALM
VILLAGE OF TAMARAC", ACCORDING TO THE PLAT
THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 79, AT
PAGE 42, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF BROWARD
COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
BE I•T RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the easement for additional right-of-way for
Sabal Palm Boulevard East offered by Sabal Palm Condominium Association,
Inc., for a portion of Parcel "A", "Sabal Palm Village of Tamarac",
according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 79, at Page 42,
of the Public Records of Broward County, Florida, is hereby approved
and accepted.
SECTION 2: That the appropriate City officials are hereby
authorized and directed to execute said Easement.
SECTION 3; That the City Clerk is hereby instructed to record
said Easement in the Public Records of Broward County, Florida.

EASEMENT FOR RIGHT -OF -VAT PURPOSES
THIS EASEMENT is executed this -�- N` day of 1982, by
SABAL PALM CONDOMINIUM ASSOC., —LRC the G or, o e P�TAMARAC, a
municipal corporation of the State of Florida, a Grantee.
V I T N E S S E T H
THAT the said Grantor for and in consideration of the. sum of TEN DOLLARS
($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid by the said
Grantee, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant unto the
said Grantee an easement for right-of-way purposes on that real property located
within the city limits of the City of Tamarac, Broward County, Florida, and more
particularly described on Exhibit "A" annexed hereto and made a part hereof (the
"easement property").
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same together with all and singular appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining to the proper use, benefit and
behoof of the said Grantee forever for said right-of-way purposes.
THIS easement is granted subject to zoning and/or restrictions imposed by
governmental authorities.
THE provisions hereof shall be binding upon the parties hereto and their
respective successors and assigns as a covenant running with and binding upon
the easement property.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has hereunto set his hand and seal on the day
