RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND APPROVING AN IRREVOCABLE
OPTION FOR PRIVATE STREETS OFFERED BY F & R BUILDERS,
INC., FOR THE KINGS POINT PROFESSIONAL PLAZA PROJECT
AND THE KINGS POINT RECREATIONAL COMPLEX; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Irrevocable Option offered by F & R Builders,
Inc., for private streets, for the Kings Point Professional Plaza and the Kings
Point Recreational Complex, is hereby accepted and approved, a copy of said option
being attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
SECTION 2: That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to record said document in the Public Records of Broward County, Florida.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon its
adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of Q,6,4 1982.

IRREVOCABLE OPTION
For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and adequacy
of which is acknowledged, F&R Builders, Inc., gives and grants to
the City of Tamarac for a period of fifty (50) years from the date
the Plats of Kings Point Professional Plaza and Kings Point
Recreational Complex dated April, 1982 and June, 1982, respectively,
are recorded among the Public Records of Broward County, Florida,
an option to purchase for One Dollar ($1.00) the private street
to be located on the real property described on Exhibit A attached
hereto.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this
instrument the4day of June, 1982.
