A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A 15-FOOT UTILITY
EASEMENT FOR INGRESS/EGRESS AND DRAINAGE PURPOSES OFFERED
BY TOLL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION - FAIRMONT, SAID EASEMENT
BEING A PORTION OF "FORT LAUDERDALE TRUCK FARMS" PLAT AS
RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 31 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF
BROL%MRD COUNTY, FLORIDA; FOR THE PATIO HOMES AT FAIRMONT
PROJECT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the 15-foot utility easement for ingress/egress
and drainage purposes offered by Toll Development Corporation - Fairmont being a
portion of "Fort Lauderdale Truck Farms" plat as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 31 of
the Public Records of Broward County, Florida, for the Patio Homes at Fairmont
project, is hereby approved and accepted. A copy of said easement is attached
hereto as Exhibit "A".
SECTION 2: The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
record said easement in the Public Records of Broward County, Florida.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall became effective upon adoption.

TOLL DEVELOPMENT CORP.-FAIRMONT, a F orida corpora on, Riereinafter referred to as
"Grantor", to the CITY OF TAMARAC, a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to
as "Grantee".
WITNESSETH:
FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable
considerations paid by the Grantee to the Grantor, the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, the Grantor hereby grants unto the Grantee, its successors and as-
signs, a non-exclusive easement, for ingress, egress and drainage purposes, over,
across, under and through the lands described on Exhibit "A", annexed hereto and
made a part hereof. Grantee, by its execution hereof, hereby accepts the easement
conveyed pursuant to this document.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto Grantee, its successors and assigns, for-
ever.
