CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-YLZ4�
A RESOLUTION APPROVING P WAIVER TO THE SIGN
ORDINANCE REQUESTED BY INTERCITY AUTO' STORES'
3710 West Commercial Boulevard
WHEREAS, INTERCITY AUTO STORES has requested a waiver from
the Sign Ordinance No. 80-34 governing wall signs; and
WHEREAS, the Beautification Committee reviewed this request and
has made recommendation thereon; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official reviewed said waiver.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the waiver to the Sign Ordinance requested by
Intercity Auto Stores, 3710 Commercial Blvd-, for a wall sign on the
West side , is HEREBY APPROVED.
SECTION 2: Conditions of Approval (if any): Lettering must
be provided on background material which is to be affixed to the
wall as required by ordinance. Lettering is also to be identical to
to the lettering on the north side of the building.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall
become effective upon adoption.
