RESOLUTION NO. - �/-
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A QUIT
CLAIM DEED OFFERED BY LEADERSHIP HOUSING, INC.
FOR PARCEL 11 (CANAL) .
WHEREAS, Leadership Housing, Inc. has offered to the City
of Tamarac a Quit Claim Deed for Parcel 11 (Canal), more particularly
described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof, and
WHEREAS, the Quit Claim Deed has been reviewed by the
City Attorney and City Engineer, who have issued their recommendations
thereon, and
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it in the best interests of
the City to approve and accept the Quit Claim Deed for said Parcel 11
(Canal) .
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Quit Claim Deed offered by Leadership
Housing, Inc., for Parcel 11 (Canal) is hereby approved and accepted
by the City of Tamarac subject to payment by Leadership Housing, Inc.
of all outstanding real property taxes on the parcels conveyed.
SECTION 2: That the City Clerk is hereby instructed to
record said Quit Claim Deed in the Public Records of Broward County
Florida.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon its
adoption.]

THIS QUIT CLAIM DEED, Executed the 4th day of Ma

municipal subdivision of the State of Florida, whose post office address is
5811 N.W. 88th Avenue, Tamarac, Florida 33321, second party.

WITNESSETH, That the said first party, for and in consideration
of the sum of $10.00, in hand paid by the said second party, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby remise, release and quit claim
unto the said second party forever, all the right, title, interest, claim
and demand which the said first party has in and to the following described
lot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the County of
Broward, State of Florida, to -wit:
See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and
made a part hereof
The conveyance of the properties described in Exhibit "A" is made
in accordance with the provisions of Paragraph 2.B.(v) of that certain
Agreement to Compromise, Settle, Release and Discharge all Claims and
Obligations entered into between first party and second party, dated July
19, 1979, which provision is adopted by reference, and that acceptance of
these properties by second party's execution of this Quit Claim Deed has
been duly approved by the City Council of the City of Tamarac pursuant to
Resolution # adopted on the day of MAY 1981.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all and singular the
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, and all the
estate, right, title, interest, lien, equity and claim whatsoever of the
said first party, either in law or equity, to the only proper use, benefit
and behalf of the said second party forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said first party has signed and sealed
these presents the day and year first above written.
