RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A BOND POSTED BY RAFRAN
DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION FOR MEDIAN CUT ON
UNIVERSITY DRIVE AT THE ROSEN/ALLEGRETTI
PARCEL-6500 UNIVERSITY DRIVE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: FINDINGS OF FACT AND RELEASE OF BOND.
Irrevocable Letter of Credit No. 1-0003332-6-06 in the amount
of!$14,876.00 was posted by Rafran Development Corporation,as
Principal, through Interamerican Federal Savings & Loan Association
of Miami, as Suretyafor installation of a median cut atapproximately
6500 University Drive. The City Engineer has found that the
work has been satisfactorily completed and accordingly said
bond is released subject to receipt of a one-year warranty bond
in the amount of $3,855.50.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 1:0 _;al day of 1981.
