a. Discussion on Ordinance Amending Chapter 10 LDR
An Ordinance of the City Commission of the City of Tamarac, Florida, amending Chapter 10 of the
City's Code of Ordinances, entitled "Land Development Code" by designating the City Commission
as the final decision maker on land use matters, including special exceptions, major site plans, and
variances; providing for codification; providing for conflicts; providing for severability; and providing
for an effective date.

Any member of the public may speak to any issue that is not agendized for public hearing at this meeting.
Speakers will be limited to three minutes during this item and at public hearings. There will be a thirty (30) minute
aggregate time limit for this item.
Any member of the public, wishing to comment publicly on the record, on any matter, may register online at
https://www.Tamarac.org/meetings. Individuals who register will be contacted by telephone at the appropriate time
during the meeting to offer their public comments. Members of the public wishing to provide comments to the
members of the City Commission on any matter, including items on the agenda, may submit their comments by
email to CityClerk@Tamarac.org. All comments submitted by email shall be made part of the public record.
Please be advised, the City will not read publicly any emails. If you wish to speak on the record, please
register as indicated above.
When an issue has been designated as quasi-judicial, public remarks shall only be heard during a quasi-judicial
hearing that has been properly noticed for that matter.
ANNOUNCEMENT OF TIME ALLOCATIONS -MOTIONS TO TABLE
The Chair at this time will announce those items that have been given a specific time to be heard, and will
entertain motions from the Commission members to table those items that require research. The Commission may
agendize by majority consent matters of an urgent nature which have come to the Commission's attention after
publication.

Techgroupone Inc., and approving the execution of an agreement between the City of Tamarac and
Techgroupone, Inc. attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein, to provide design/build
services for Sunset Hammock artistic work project at Sunset Park located at 11000 W McNab
Road, Tamarac, in the amount of $773,342.09; authorizing the inclusion of a city controlled
contingency in the project budget in the amount of $77,334.21; providing for conflicts; providing for

A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Tamarac, Florida, supporting House Resolution
No. 148 of the 117th United Stated House of Representatives requesting the exoneration of Marcus

TR13592 - Designating the Tamarac Sports Complex as the location for Walking, Jogging
and Running Track
A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Tamarac, Florida, designating the Tamarac
Sports Complex as the location for a walking, jogging, and running track for the residents of the City
of Tamarac; providing the City Manager and City Attorney with the authority to do all things
necessary to effectuate the commencement of the construction of the walking, jogging, and running
track on or about September 1, 2021; providing for an effective date.
g. TR13597 - Urging Safe and Clean Initiatives in the fight against COVID-19
A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Tamarac, Florida, urging residents and
businesses of the City of Tamarac to continue safe and clean initiative in the fight against COVI D-

Division 8 "Veterans Affairs Committee" by amending Section 2-223 "Creation; Composition" and
Section 2-225 "Chairman," providing for codification; providing for conflicts; providing for
severability; and providing for an effective date.

Pensions and Retirement, Article IX, Elected and Appointed Officers and Non -Represented
Employees Retirement Plan; amending Section 16.902, Administration of the Retirement Plan;

C. T02468 - Amending Section 16-571 - Police Pension Trustee Terms
An Ordinance of the City Commission of the City of Tamarac, Florida, amending Chapter 16,
Pension and Retirement, Article VI 11, Pension Plan (Police Officers), Division 2, Section 16-571,
Members; providing for four (4) year trustee term limits; providing for codification; providing for
conflicts; providing for severability; and providing for an effective date.
d. T02469 -Amending Section 2-36 - Campaign Finance Reporting
An Ordinance of the City Commission of the City of Tamarac, Florida, amending Chapter 2, entitled
"Administration", Article 11, Section 2-36 entitled "Campaign Finance Reports" by adding a provision
extending the filing deadline due to the inoperability of the electronic filing system; providing for
codification, conflicts; and severability; and providing for an effective date.

agenda must be revised, such revised copies will be available to the public at the City Commission meeting.
