the Land Development Code Entitled “Impact Fees”
TO2418 - A n ordinance of the City of Tamarac, Florida, creating Section 10-5.7 entitled “New
Development I mpact Fees” of Chapter 10, of the Tamarac City C ode, adopting an I mpac t Fee
Schedule at 30% of the total fee amount for governmental fac ilities, parks and rec reational facilities,
and multimodal transportation facilities; adopting an I mpact Fee Study; creating an impact fee
schedule and land use categories; establishing criteria and administrative proc edures for individual
assessment of impact fees, refunds, c redits, c ollection of fees and fair share agreements; providing
for implementing administrative acts; providing for codification; providing a savings provision,
providing a conflic ts provision, providing for severability, and providing for an effective date.
