Speakers will be limited to three minutes during this item and at public hearings. There will be a thirty (30) minute aggregate time limit for this item, and speakers are encouraged to sign up in advance with the C ity C lerk prior to their participation. W hen an issue has been designated as quasi-judicial, public remarks shall only be heard during a quasi-judicial hearing that has been properly noticed for that matter. I f discussion is desired, then, in acc ordance with Resolution 2003- 15, Sec. 4.5, the item(s) will be removed from the Consent Agenda and will be considered separately. a.Approval of the January 9, 2019 Regular Commission Meeting Minutes Approval of the J anuary 9, 2019 Regular Commission Meeting Minutes b.Approval of the January 23, 2019 Regular Commission Meeting Minutes Approval of the J anuary 23, 2019 Regular Commission Meeting Minutes c.T R13229 - Citywide H VAC Replacement (Bid No. 18-23R B) A Resolution of the City Commission of the C ity of Tamarac , Florida, awarding Bid No. 18-23RB to and approving Agreements with Hy Vac, I nc . and Master Mechanical Servic es, I nc . for the replacement of the HVA C units in various City facilities for a combined total contract amount of $571,232.00 and a combined contingenc y in an amount of $57,123.00, will be added to the project for a total project budget of $628,355.00; authorizing an appropriation in an amount not to exceed $94,798.00 to fund said Project; providing for conflic ts; providing for severability; and providing for an effective date.
