All members of the public must leave the room at this point, and only those delivering oral presentations, appropriate staff and members of the E valuation Committee may remain in the room. i. 9:10 a.m. - 9:55 a.m. L ewis, L ongman & Walker, P.A. ii. 10:00 a.m. - 10:45 a.m. Ottinot L aw, P.A. iii. 10:50 a.m. - 11:35 a.m. Torcivia, Donlon & Goodeau, P.A. * or as soon as the previous interviewee concludes 3.Evaluation of Interim City Attorney Firms Following oral presentations, the City Commission will reconvene the public meeting, to discuss and possibly select a firm for I nterim City A ttorney S ervices. 4.Possible motion to select a firm for Interim City Attorney Services 5.Review of attorney’s report issued by John Herin, Esq. and possible motion regarding the self- storage project at Rock Island Road and Commercial Boulevard. The City C ommission may consider and ac t upon suc h other business as may c ome before it. I n the event this agenda must be revised, such revised copies will be available to the public at the City Commission meeting. Pursuant to Chapter 286.0105, Florida Statutes, if a person decides to appeal any decision made by the City Commission with respec t to any matter c onsidered at suc h meeting or hearing, he may need to ensure that a verbatim rec ord of the proceedings is made which rec ord inc ludes the testimony and evidenc e upon which the appeal is based.
