I f discussion is desired, then, in acc ordance with Resolution 2003- 15, Sec. 4.5, the item(s) will be removed from the Consent Agenda and will be considered separately. a.Approval of the Feb. 26, 2020, City Commission Meeting Minutes b.T R 13417 - Replacement of water valve at the intersection of W McNab Road and N W 80th Ave A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Tamarac, Florida, approving the piggy-back of an Agreement with GT General Contractors, LLC, utilizing pricing from an Agreement obtained through a formal competitive process by the City of Coral Springs, Florida (Bid No. 19-B-063F) valid to August 20, 2021 and any subsequent renewal options may be extended by any renewal options as approved by the City of Coral Springs; authorizing an expenditure for the contract amount of $99,726.00, a contingency in the amount of $29,917.80 will be added to the project account for a total project budget of $129,643.80, to replace a 24-inch water valve; authorizing additional expenditures not to exceed the annual budgeted amount for additional work within the scope of this contract for budgeted water distribution system upgrades; authorizing an expenditure from the appropriate accounts; authorizing the appropriate City Officials to administer the contract; authorizing the appropriate City Officials to execute contract renewals; providing for conflicts; providing for severability; and providing for an effective date. c.T R 13406 - Approve Design of Buffer Wall Phase V I A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Tamarac, Florida, approving execution of Task Authorization No. 20-13D with Stantec Consulting Services I nc. to provide Professional Engineering Services for the Design and Permitting of the Citywide Buffer W all Project Phase V I (Prospect Road), which is generally located on the north side of Prospect Road from 250’ west of NW 15th Avenue to 50’ west of NW 19th W ay, in accordance with the City’s Continuing Service Agreement as authorized by Resolution R-2016-80; authorizing an expenditure for said purpose in an amount not to exceed $89,439.00; providing for conflict; providing for severability; and providing for an effective date. The City C ommission may consider and ac t upon suc h other business as may c ome before it. I n the event this agenda must be revised, such revised copies will be available to the public at the City Commission meeting.
